Features:

• Reusable gel cushion for cold or heat treatment of the knee.
• Adaptable, even fresh from the freezer.
• With elastic band of 17 x 30 cm, extendable and adjustable for fixing to the knee.
•  Cold therapy: in case of small bruises and trauma (muscle tears, distortions, twists), burns, headache or teeth, minor bleeding, local skin inflammations.
• It is also indicated in case of jellyfish bites, insects, contact with stinging plants, solar erythemas.
• Store in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
• Heat therapy: it is indicated for lumbagos, cyatalgia, muscle and abdominal pain (including those due to digestive disorders) joint stiffness and rheumatic myalgia.
•  Soak for 10 minutes in warm water (60C max) or place the thermogel in the microwave (max. 300 watt) completely immersed in water in a container for 6 minutes.
