Features:
Reusable gel cushion for cold or heat treatment of the knee. Adaptable, even fresh from the freezer. With elastic band of 17 x 30 cm, extendable and adjustable for fixing to the knee. Cold therapy: in case of small bruises and trauma (muscle tears, distortions, twists), burns, headache or teeth, minor bleeding, local skin inflammations. It is also indicated in case of jellyfish bites, insects, contact with stinging plants, solar erythemas. Store in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Heat therapy: it is indicated for lumbagos, cyatalgia, muscle and abdominal pain (including those due to digestive disorders) joint stiffness and rheumatic myalgia. Soak for 10 minutes in warm water (60C max) or place the thermogel in the microwave (max. 300 watt) completely immersed in water in a container for 6 minutes.
